Excel service tech was on time and professional. We got a call and a text to make sure we knew he was coming. Also they send the picture of the technician so you know who is coming out for the service call ahead of time.

Highly recommend the team at Excel HVAC! Zach was able to get us on the books for the same day. Our technician, Kevin was able to come out right away and figure out the issue. Great service and they were reasonably priced!

Jacob was on time and professional. Diagnosed the problem and quoted a price to repair it. Completed the job and answered questions for the tenants and the property manager. Used a tablet to take before and during repair photos. I am pleased with his knowledge and his service.

Johnthan Damron was a good represenetive for your company. He was very polite and did a nice job repairing a drain pipe. Very helpful sending me a video of a leak in a water pipe in an area near by but not in a location that I would have known anout.

He was very professional and did a great job checking my air conditioner ,but now I have 2 options have the line checked for a leak or have a whole new unit put in either way it’s going to cost me a lot
